Very glad to share with your about “how to distinguish 100% aramid felt and aramid felt with fiberglass scrim”

Hope it works for you someway.

1. the outlook of 100% aramid felt and aramid felt with fiberglass scrim are very close to each other.

    you cannot distinguish them from outlook.

2. only very professional guys can distinguish them by watching the cross section carefully.

    if you tear off some yarn from scrim, you can see the difference:

    the aramid yarn from aramid scrim is more soft and the color is dark.

    the fiberglass yarn from fiberglass scrim is more hard and the color is more white.

    I have made red mark in the picture, please check it.
