Production Process II

JH has introduced airflow web formation equipment from Italy. Fibers are conveyed by airflow to form a uniform fiber web with disorderly arranged fibers, which can meet the structural requirement of the fiber web basically, thus the needle-punched felt has highly competitive MD/CD strength ratio.

 Features of Airflow Web Formation:

(1) Airflow web formation can process staple fibers and reclaimed fibers which are difficult combed by combing web formation.

(2) Small fiber damage, good softness of filtering material

(3) Good uniformity of fiber layer, low MD/CD strength ratio of needle-punched felt

(4) The production speed of combing web formation is restricted due to friction generates heat, while airflow web formation does not have this trouble.
