In order to further improve the usability of the filtering material, meet the requirements of some special working conditions and prolong the service life of the product, our company develops a series of special production and aftertreatment processes, which are shown below:

Structure of Gradient Filtering Material:

The filtering mode is changed from “surface layer & deep layer filtration” into “surface layer filtration”, the surface layer of the filtering material, formed by superfine fibers, makes the capacity of resisting fine dust particles greatly improved, and ash on the surface easily removed.

The trapezoidal channel with narrow front and wide rear makes dust difficultly collected on the inner layer of the filtering material, and keeps the filtering material moving for a long time while reducing the increase speed of inherent resistance of the filtering material.
