Production Process I
The needle-punched and spunlace composite filtering material is a new generation of filtering product developed and produced by JH, and is used for replacing the needle-punched felt which is widely used at present. It combines the production technology of the patented product of JH Company, and greatly improves various properties of the needle-punched felt. Advanced web formation, compositing of needle-punching and spunlacing processes, and perfect finishing technology form an advance filtering material, which is superior to the needle-punched or spunlaced filtering material produced by any single process in spite of strength, pore size distribution or filtering property, and is very applicable for the bag filter. The filtering material can use a series of short fibers such as polyester, polyacrylonitrile, Nomex®, Conex®, Ryton®, P84 and glass fibers, all chemical and natural fibers, bi-component and splittable fibers, fibers with different thicknesses, base material reinforced composite materials and composite materials integrating the above-mentioned features, is quantified at 300-600gsm, and meets the requirement of specific application.

Features of Needle-punched and Spunlace Composite Product:
★ Compared with the needle-punched filtering material, the product has a smoother and flatter surface, low fiber hairness and good handfeel;
★ The filtering material is thinner than the needle-punched filtering material, and the fiber dosage is reduced under the condition of achieving the same filtering effect or being stronger than the existing filtering effect;
★ Compared with the needle-punched filtering material, the product has more uniform, tighter and more concentrated pore size distribution, and good air permeability;
★ Compared with the needle-punched filtering material, the spunlaced and needle-punched composite filtering material has low fiber and base cloth loss, and can achieve higher tensile strength and low MD/CD strength ratio under the condition of the same mass per unit area;
★ The product can achieve stabler and higher dust collection efficiency, higher heat stability, low pressure drop and long service life under the same working condition.
